1. Acceptance of Terms

By visiting www.vianmaxacademy.com, creating an account, submitting an enquiry, or Enrollling in any course offered by Vianmax Academy, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our website or services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vianmax Techno Ventures Pvt. Ltd.

2. Our Services

Vianmax Academy provides educational courses, workshops, and training programmes in the areas of:

• Stock market fundamentals and technical analysis
• Algorithmic trading and automated strategy development
• Futures & Options (F&O) trading
• Trading system design and backtesting
• Related financial markets education

Our courses may be delivered through live online sessions, recorded video modules, printed materials, one-on-one mentoring, and/or in-person workshops. The specific format and content of each course are described on the respective course pages.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any course, service, or feature at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

3. Eligibility

To Enroll in Vianmax Academy courses, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Indian law
• Not be barred from receiving educational services under any applicable law
• Provide accurate and complete registration information

Minors between the ages of 16 and 18 may Enroll only with the written consent of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts responsibility for compliance with these Terms on the minor's behalf.

4. Accounts & Registration

Certain features of our platform require you to register and create an account. When you register, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate
• Keep your login credentials (password, OTP) confidential and not share them with any third party
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account at academy@vianmax.com
• Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that contain false or misleading information, or accounts that are shared with multiple users. Each Enrollment is for a single individual and is non-transferable.

5. Course Enrollment & Fees

5.1 Enrollment

Enrollment in a course is confirmed only upon receipt of the applicable course fee in full and issuance of a written confirmation (email or receipt) from Vianmax Academy. Submission of an enquiry form does not constitute Enrollment.

5.2 Fees & Payment

Course fees are as published on our website at the time of Enrollment. Vianmax Academy reserves the right to revise fees at any time for future batches. Once a fee is paid for a specific batch, the agreed rate is honoured for that Enrollment.

• Payments are accepted via UPI, net banking, debit/credit card, and other methods specified at checkout
• All fees are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise
• Payment receipts and GST invoices will be issued upon request
• Instalment payment plans (if offered) must be completed as per the agreed schedule; failure to pay instalments may result in suspension of course access

5.3 Batch Allocation

Enrollment is subject to seat availability. We reserve the right to merge, reschedule, or split batches in the interest of learning quality. You will be notified of any batch changes with reasonable advance notice.

6. Course Content & Access

6.1 Access Period

Upon confirmed Enrollment, you will be granted access to course materials for the duration specified in the course description. Unless otherwise stated, recorded session recordings are available for a period of 6 months from the date the batch concludes.

6.2 Course Materials

All course materials — including slides, workbooks, code templates, strategy frameworks, and recordings — are provided for your personal educational use only. You may not:

• Share, distribute, resell, or sublicense any course material to any third party
• Record live sessions without prior written permission from Vianmax Academy
• Upload any course content to public platforms, social media, or file-sharing services
• Use course content to create competing educational products or services

6.3 Curriculum Changes

Vianmax Academy continuously updates its curriculum to reflect market developments and regulatory changes. We reserve the right to modify course content at any time. Such modifications are made in the interest of delivering current and relevant education and do not entitle Enrollled students to a refund.

7. User Conduct

As a student or visitor of Vianmax Academy, you agree to maintain a respectful and professional environment. You must not:

• Disrupt live classes, webinars, or community discussions with offensive, abusive, or irrelevant content
• Harass, threaten, or intimidate instructors, staff, or fellow students
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, servers, or other users' accounts
• Use our platform to promote or advertise third-party products or services without permission
• Engage in any activity that violates applicable Indian laws, SEBI regulations, or exchange rules
• Misrepresent yourself as an instructor, staff member, or representative of Vianmax Academy
• Publish or share any content that is defamatory, fraudulent, or infringes on third-party rights

Violation of these conduct guidelines may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Enrollment without refund, at the sole discretion of Vianmax Academy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the Vianmax Academy website and within our courses — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, videos, strategy frameworks, code, and course materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of Vianmax Techno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. or its licensors, and is protected by Indian copyright law and international intellectual property treaties.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use course materials solely for your own personal, non-commercial educational purposes. This licence does not grant you any ownership rights in any content.

The Vianmax Academy name, logo, and associated trademarks are registered or pending registration and may not be used without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer & Risk Warning

Past performance demonstrated in course examples is not indicative of future results. Markets are inherently unpredictable and even well-designed trading strategies can result in significant financial losses. You should:

• Consult a SEBI-registered investment advisor before making any investment decisions
• Understand that algorithmic trading strategies carry their own unique risks including technical failures, execution slippage, and model failure
• Only trade with capital you can afford to lose entirely
• Ensure you are compliant with all applicable SEBI regulations before trading live

Vianmax Academy, its instructors, and Vianmax Techno Ventures Pvt. Ltd. are not liable for any financial losses incurred by students as a result of applying concepts, strategies, or information presented in our courses.

Our website and courses are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vianmax Techno Ventures Pvt. Ltd., its directors, employees, instructors, and agents shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
• Financial losses arising from trading or investment decisions made based on our course content
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of services
• Errors, inaccuracies, or omissions in course materials
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your transmissions or data

In any case, our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or related to these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific course giving rise to the claim during the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

Vianmax Academy reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we believe:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Is harmful to other students, instructors, or the reputation of Vianmax Academy
• Involves fraud, misrepresentation, or illegal activity
• Involves sharing of login credentials or course materials with unauthorised persons

Upon termination, your right to access course materials ceases immediately. Fees paid are non-refundable upon termination for cause. If we terminate your access without cause, we will refund a pro-rated portion of any prepaid fees at our discretion.

You may also terminate your use of our services at any time by notifying us in writing at academy@vianmax.com. Please refer to our Refund Policy for information on fee refunds upon voluntary withdrawal.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of Vianmax Academy's services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

Before initiating any legal proceeding, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute by contacting us at academy@vianmax.com. We will endeavour to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within 30 days.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms of Service at any time. When we make material changes, we will:

• Update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
• Post a notice on our website homepage for at least 14 days
• Send an email notification to currently Enrollled students

Your continued use of our website or services after the effective date of the revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue your use of our services.
